The Sorcerer bellows a chant to honor the Elemental Dragons. When the chant is completed, with a surge of essence, they take the Dragon’s Mantle of Authority upon themselves, commanding the Elementals of weather with a voice that rings like flame and thunder.

Upon casting the spell, they determine the weather that occurs within the area of the spell, including temperature, winds, and precipitation, even creating entirely unseasonable weather, such as heavy rain, flooding, or snow in a desert. They do not, however, have precise control—they must apply the same manner of weather to the area as a whole. They cannot order lighting to strike the house of a hated enemy, though, with aid of a lightning storm and an appropriately sized kite, they can accomplish much the same effect.

This magical weather persists for one day, gradually fading as the spell nears its end.
